Shipping policy
paolamontemayor.art will arrange the shipping at the shipping address.
Each print is made to order and handled with care by our professional printing partners. You can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped out within 2-5 business days of your order and then shipping time is as follows:
Mexico- 10 to 20 business days
USA Canada -20 to 30 business days
International - 20 to 30 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Will I be charged any duties and taxes?
Any print orders being shipped internationally or to the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Paola Montemayor. art. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer. Paola Montemayor. art.. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number and courier you can use to track your shipment.
