Exchanges / non-returnable items

All prices on the website are in EURO and all sales are final. Each art work and print is made to order and we do not offer returns. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please be sure to read the description and any size charts provided carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel my order or exchange my print for a different one?

Damages and issues

What if I received a damaged print or art work?

Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect your order. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong print please email hello@paolamontemayor.art with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or wrong print and we will be happy to assist you.

What if my order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive your shipment, please contact the courier and local postal service with the tracking number (shown in your shipping notification) and inquire with them about it first. There's a chance your package is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can't find it, contact us at hello@paolamontemayor.art to see if there's anything else that can be done on our side.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
